Does my Thermapen® come with a warranty?
Yes, all authentic Thermapen® devices include a 2-year warranty that covers defects in components or workmanship. Please register your device on our website to activate your coverage.
How do I know if my Thermapen® is calibrated correctly?
Every Thermapen® is shipped with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate. To verify accuracy at home, we recommend the ice bath test, which should read 32.0°F (0.0°C) within the specified accuracy range of your model.

Are the probes waterproof and easy to clean?
Thermapen® devices feature a splash-proof or fully waterproof design (depending on the model) with biomaster antimicrobial technology. To clean, simply wipe the probe with a damp soapy cloth or a specialized probe wipe.
